What are your care recommendations?

We strongly recommend that you handwash only and avoid usage of appliances like the microwave and dishwasher. It's like taking care of a favorite outfit — while my favorite clothes may be marked as dryer-safe, I always air-dry them anyway to take care and prolong their life (plus, it keeps the coziest sweaters nice and fuzzy :)). Similarly, I also highly recommend hand-washing handmade ceramics as well.

Shipping policy:

You are responsible for ensuring that you have inputted the correct shipping address. 

If your piece is damaged at all during shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right. :) All packages are shipped with insurance.

If your actual shipping costs end up being lower than the shipping amount you pay for, you will be issued a refund!

What are these ceramics made of?

All of these pieces are slipcast and handbuilt with B-mix clay, and fired to cone 6! I combine a mix of 3D modeling and printing, slipcasting, and finally handbuilding to create these pieces. You can check out some of my process on my Instagram!

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship to the US only. International coming!

Where is my order?

Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days. The most up to date shipping information is in the link in your order confirmation email.

Do you accept returns / exchanges?

No, all sales are final. Buyers are responsible for inputting the correct shipping address!

Do you do wholesale or commissions?

At this time, we do not offer wholesale for ceramics, but are open to offering wholesale for prints & pins. Please email shop@byalicelee.com if interested! We do not take on commissions.

How often do you do drops?

I'm aiming for about 3-4 drops per year, across both online and in-person markets. Drops will always be announced and linked to in the newsletter.
